Light and Dreamy Chocolate Mousse

Method
- Following the packet instructions, make up and chill 2 packets of Dream Topping (yes, I know, but keep going!)
- Liquidise all the following in a blender; half a cup of sugar (can substitute half of this quantity with sweetener {I use Splenda})
- 1 raw egg
- 1 cup hot milk (I use skimmed)
- 1 dessert spoon vanilla extract (the real stuff, not essence or flavouring)
- 300 grams plain chocolate (have tried all sorts, and Cadbury's Bourneville works best - even better than Belgian or really high quality stuff!)
- 250 grams cream cheese (I use Light Philadelphia)
- When totally smooth, thoroughly mix into Dream Topping in a large bowl.
- Chill (can be frozen)
Cook's tips
- Before serving, decorate with shavings of white chocolate, or choc vermicelli, etc.
- You can decant into smaller dishes before freezing.
- I have substituted white chocolate in half of the mixture, and swirled it through the half-set dark choc, for an impressive dessert to give guests.
